Sound Familiar?
Problems I solve every week.
I’ve seen these patterns in agencies, professional services, and SMEs across the UK. If you recognise even one, we should talk.
Decisions made on gut feel because reports arrive late
Data scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and tools. By the time someone pulls it together, the moment’s passed.
Best people stuck doing copy-paste work
Your most talented staff spend hours on repetitive tasks that follow a pattern. That’s hours not spent on clients, strategy, or growth.
One person leaves and the AI knowledge goes with them
Someone has great prompts. Someone else tried a tool. Nothing’s documented, nothing’s shared, nothing compounds across the business.
Five AI tools, zero connected systems
ChatGPT here, Copilot there, a free trial nobody cancelled. No strategy, no quality control, no way to measure what’s working.
Rising costs, shrinking margins, no clear fix
Manual processes eat time, time costs money, and margins tighten quarter by quarter. You know automation would help but don’t know where to start.
Manual mistakes that cost real money and reputation
Wrong numbers in a report. A missed follow-up. A client-facing error that shouldn’t have happened. All preventable with the right system.
Too sophisticated for YouTube tutorials. Too small for Deloitte.
You need someone who’ll look at your process first, understand where time and money actually drain, and then find where AI fits. Not someone selling a tool. Not a 50-slide strategy deck. Practical implementation that your team will actually use.
What I Actually Build
Concrete examples, not vague promises.
Every business is different, but these are the kinds of things I build and implement. Each one starts with understanding your process first.
Automated client reporting that writes itself
Your team spends hours every month pulling data from Google Analytics, social platforms, and ad accounts into a report template. I build a system where data flows automatically into a structured report, with AI generating the written commentary and insights. Your team reviews and sends – instead of building from scratch.
AI-powered content production at scale
One blog post repurposed into social captions, email snippets, and ad copy – automatically. I build workflows where AI drafts platform-specific variations from a single piece of content, following your brand voice and style guides. A human reviews before publishing, but the heavy lifting is done.
Lead enrichment and CRM automation
A new lead comes in from your website, LinkedIn, or an ad. Instead of someone manually researching the company and typing notes into your CRM, the system does it automatically – pulling company info, enriching the contact record, scoring the lead, and notifying the right person on your team.
Proposal and document generation from templates
Your team copies client details into a proposal template, adjusts the scope section, updates the pricing table, and formats everything. I build a system where one click pulls client data from your CRM, generates a tailored proposal from your template, and delivers it ready to review. Same quality, fraction of the time.
Meeting notes, summaries, and action tracking
After every client call or team meeting, AI generates a structured summary with key decisions, action items, and deadlines. These get pushed to your project management tool automatically. No more “what did we agree on that call?” conversations the next day.
Data consolidation from scattered sources
Sales data in one spreadsheet, project hours in another, invoicing in a third. I build automations that pull data from multiple sources into a single dashboard with real-time visibility. No more “let me check” delays when someone asks how the business is doing.
AI-powered customer service triage
Incoming emails and enquiries get read by AI, categorised by urgency and type, and routed to the right person with a suggested response. Your team handles the nuanced cases; the routine ones get resolved faster. Works with email, contact forms, and chat.
Productised AI service your business can sell
I help you design, build, and launch a new service powered by AI that you can sell to your own clients. For example: an agency offering automated social media management, or a professional services firm offering AI-powered document review. New revenue stream, high margins, built on your existing expertise.
Something else entirely
The examples above are common starting points, but every business is different. If your team spends time on something repetitive that follows a pattern, there’s almost certainly a way to automate it. The first step is always the same: I look at your process, find where the time goes, and work out where AI genuinely adds value.
How I Work
The TEKT Methodology
Every engagement follows four phases. Not because it’s rigid, but because it’s what actually delivers results that stick.
Analyse
Map your process. Find the bottlenecks. Understand your data. If AI isn’t right, I’ll say so.
Strategise
A clear roadmap built around your workflows. What changes, what it costs, what the return looks like.
Implement
I build it hands-on. Automations, workflows, tools. Your team gets trained alongside the build.
Partner
AI moves fast. I stay as your advisor, reviewing performance and spotting new opportunities.
Proven Results
Numbers from real implementations.
These outcomes come from AI systems I’ve designed, built, and deployed in real businesses.

Who I Work With
AI implementation tailored to your sector.
Every industry has different workflows, bottlenecks, and opportunities. Here’s what AI can do in yours.
Automate reporting, scale content, productise AI services
Client reports that write themselves. One blog post repurposed into 5 platforms automatically. New AI-powered services you can sell at 90%+ margins. Less admin, more strategy.
Streamline proposals, automate admin, free up billable hours
Proposals generated in minutes instead of hours. Meeting notes and actions tracked automatically. Document review and compliance checks accelerated. More time for the work clients actually pay for.
Enrich leads, automate follow-ups, close faster
Every new lead researched and scored automatically. CRM updated without manual entry. Follow-up sequences personalised by AI. Your team spends time selling, not typing.
Automate product copy, customer service, and inventory alerts
Product descriptions generated at scale. Customer enquiries triaged and answered faster. Stock alerts and reorder triggers running automatically. Less firefighting, more growth.
Quote faster, chase less, manage jobs without the paperwork
Quotes generated from a quick phone conversation. Job updates sent to clients automatically. Invoicing triggered when work completes. The admin that slows you down – handled.
Triage enquiries, speed up responses, reduce dropped tickets
Incoming emails categorised by urgency and routed to the right person. AI drafts suggested responses for routine queries. Your team handles the complex cases, the system handles the rest.
Don’t see your industry? Tell me what you do – the methodology works across sectors.
Services
Start small. Prove it works. Then scale.
Every service delivers measurable results quickly, then builds on that success. No long-term commitments to get started.

About
Dariusz Baczyk

10 years in operations. The last two spent going deep on AI.
I spent a decade leading marketing teams and agency operations – managing campaigns, building reporting systems, training teams, and solving the kind of messy operational problems that don’t fit in a slide deck.
When generative AI started changing how work gets done, I didn’t just dabble – I went all in. I studied AI strategy and transformation formally, got certified, and then did the part most people skip: I built real systems in real businesses. Production automations that save 35+ hours a month. AI-powered services running at 96% profit margin. Not experiments – working tools that teams rely on every day.
That combination is what makes the difference. Most AI consultants know the tools but have never managed a team or hit a client deadline. Most operations people know the business but haven’t gone deep on AI. I’ve done both, and that’s why the implementations actually stick.
Now I help other businesses do the same. I start with your process, not with a tool demo. Because the gap between “using AI” and “using AI well” is where most businesses are stuck right now.
I’m based in the UK. I work with businesses across the country, remotely and in person.
Before You Get In Touch
Questions you’re probably thinking right now.
How much does it cost?
I’m transparent about pricing because I think you deserve to know before you pick up the phone. Quick Wins Sessions start from £297. AI Readiness Audits start from £500. Pilot Implementations start from £2,500. The exact cost depends on scope – a single-process automation is different from connecting five systems. I’ll give you a clear quote after understanding your situation, and I’ll never recommend a service tier that’s bigger than what you actually need.
How do I know this will pay for itself?
Every audit includes ROI projections so you can see the expected return before committing to implementation. I calculate both the direct savings (hours recovered, costs reduced) and the cost of inaction (what it costs you every month to keep doing things manually). In most cases, the cost of NOT automating over 12 months is significantly higher than the cost of getting started. If the numbers don’t stack up, I’ll tell you – I’d rather lose a project than deliver one that doesn’t make financial sense.
What if AI isn't right for my business right now?
Then I’ll tell you. That’s the whole point of starting with your process rather than a tool. If your workflows aren’t ready, your data isn’t in shape, or there’s a simpler fix that doesn’t involve AI, I’ll say so. I’d rather be honest and have you come back in six months than sell you something that won’t deliver.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT ourselves?
ChatGPT is a tool. What I do is figure out where that tool (and others) fit into your actual business process. Most teams use AI in isolated pockets – one person writes emails with it, another tries to summarise documents. I connect those dots into a system that compounds across the whole business, with proper quality controls and documentation so it doesn’t fall apart when someone leaves.
What makes you different from other AI consultants?
Three things. First, I start with your process, not with tools. Most consultants lead with a platform demo. I lead with a diagnosis. Second, I actually build the thing – I don’t hand you a strategy deck and disappear. I implement the automations, train your team, and stay until it’s working. Third, I’ve spent 10 years in agency and marketing operations, so I understand how businesses actually run day-to-day. I’m not an AI researcher who’s never had to hit a client deadline.
Do I need technical knowledge to work with you?
Not at all. I work with business owners and managers, not developers. If you can explain how your team works day-to-day, that’s all the technical input I need. I handle the AI and automation side. Your job is to tell me where the bottlenecks are.
Will my team actually use whatever you build?
That’s the test I hold myself to. Every implementation includes hands-on training for your team, clear documentation, and a period of support after go-live. I build things alongside your people, not in a black box. If the team doesn’t adopt it, the project hasn’t succeeded – and I take that seriously.

More Questions
Everything else you might want to know.
What does the free call actually involve?
30 minutes. You tell me about your business, where you think AI might help, and what you’ve tried so far. I’ll give you an honest assessment of whether there’s a real opportunity, and if so, which service makes sense as a starting point. No obligation, no follow-up pressure. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you on the call.
I'm not sure where to start. Can you help me figure that out?
That’s literally what the first conversation is for. Most businesses I speak to know they should be doing something with AI but don’t know what would actually move the needle. I’ll ask about your workflows, where time gets wasted, and what’s frustrating your team. From there I’ll tell you whether a Quick Wins Session, a full audit, or even just a free scorecard is the right starting point. Sometimes the answer is “you’re not ready yet, here’s what to fix first.” I’d rather say that than sell you something premature.
What if I've already wasted money on AI tools that didn't work?
You’re not alone – this is one of the most common situations I see. A business buys Copilot licences, or someone signs up for three different AI writing tools, and six months later nobody can point to what actually changed. That usually happens because the tools were chosen before the process was understood. I start the other way around: I look at where your time actually goes, then find the right tool for that specific job. Sometimes the tool you’ve already paid for is the right one – it just wasn’t set up properly.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the tier. A Quick Wins Session is a single 90-minute meeting – you walk out with actions the same day. An AI Readiness Audit typically takes 1-2 weeks from kickoff to delivery of your scored roadmap. A Pilot Implementation runs 2-4 weeks depending on complexity – that’s designing, building, testing, training your team, and going live. I give you a clear timeline before we start, and I stick to it.
What tools and platforms do you use?
I use mainstream, well-supported tools – not proprietary systems you’d be locked into. For AI: ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot depending on the task. For automation: Make.com and n8n. For integrations: whatever your business already uses – Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Slack, your CRM. The point is to connect tools you already have, not replace everything with something new. If a specific tool is needed, I’ll explain why and you’ll own the account.
Will I be dependent on you to keep things running?
No, and that’s by design. Everything I build comes with documentation your team can follow. I train your people during the build, not as an afterthought. You own every account, every automation, every asset. If you wanted to walk away tomorrow and manage it all internally, you could. I offer ongoing advisory support because AI moves fast and new opportunities come up – but that’s a choice, not a dependency.
Is my data safe? What about confidentiality?
I take this seriously. When using AI tools, I follow strict data handling practices – I won’t feed sensitive client data into public AI models without discussing the implications with you first. Where needed, I use private instances or local processing to keep your data under your control. If you’re in a regulated industry, we’ll discuss your specific requirements before starting.
What size businesses do you work with?
Mostly UK SMEs – businesses with 5 to 100 people. You’re big enough that inefficiencies cost real money, but small enough that the big consultancies won’t return your call (or will charge £50,000+ before delivering anything). That’s exactly the gap I fill.
What industries do you work with?
I started in marketing and agency operations, so that’s where my deepest experience sits. But the methodology – diagnose the process, find the AI fit, implement hands-on – works across industries. I work with professional services, sales teams, e-commerce businesses, and trades. The common thread is operational efficiency: if your team spends time on repetitive work that follows a pattern, AI can probably help. If you’re not sure whether your industry is a fit, just ask – I’ll be straight with you.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
I’m UK-based and most of my clients are too, but I work remotely and can support businesses anywhere in English-speaking markets. If you’re in a different time zone, we’ll make it work – most of the collaboration happens asynchronously anyway, with live sessions scheduled at times that suit us both.
Can you help us build an AI-powered service we can sell to our own clients?
Yes – this is one of the most exciting things I do. If you’re an agency or professional services firm, there’s a real opportunity to create a new revenue stream powered by AI. I’ve done this before: designing, building, and productising an AI service that runs at 96% profit margin. We’d start by looking at what your clients need, what you’re already good at, and where AI can bridge the gap. The result is a packaged service you sell under your own brand.
